  1. INTRODUCTION This document contains the general terms and conditions that govern the use of the website www.schwa-shoes.com and the purchase of items contained therein. The customer is required to carefully review these Conditions, as by accepting them and placing an order, the customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted the Conditions and Data Protection Policies. Bacci Antonio snc strives to ensure that all information on the website is up-to-date and accurate. The customer acknowledges and accepts that the products may not completely match the descriptions, photos, and specifications provided on the website.
  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL and RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY The customer, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the Contract without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty within a period of 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the ordered Products, or within the period provided by the applicable laws of the country where the Customer resides if it is longer. Upon receipt of the products by Bacci Antonio snc, the sales contract will be considered canceled in all respects, and all related obligations, rights, or claims will lapse, except if the returned products are damaged, in which case Bacci Antonio snc will have the right to offset such damage against the payment already made by the customer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform Bacci Antonio snc’s customer service by sending an email to info@schwa-shoes.com in order to obtain authorization for the return. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. After receiving authorization to proceed, the products must be returned to Bacci Antonio snc – Via dei Casoni 9 – 55016 Porcari – LUCCA, in a single shipment by courier, in any case, within 15 days from the day on which the customer communicated their withdrawal from the Contract. In the event of non-delivery of the returned package, Bacci Antonio snc will request proof of delivery; if the customer does not provide proof of delivery, a refund cannot be processed. In the case of withdrawal, all payments made to Bacci Antonio snc will be refunded. The returned product must not have been used, consumed, or damaged. The product identification tag must be attached, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, with any accessories. Once it is verified that all the above conditions have been met, a confirmation email of the return acceptance will be sent to the customer, and the refund process will commence so that the will commence so that the customer will receive the refund of the amount paid within 30 days, regardless of the payment method previously used by the customer. If the conditions mentioned above are not met, the customer will have no right to a refund of the amount paid; instead, the customer will only have the right to have the purchased products sent back at their own risk and expense.   1. SIZE EXCHANGE Subject to the points mentioned above, once the customer has received the item, they may exchange the size of the purchased product at no additional delivery cost for the new product one time, provided that they return the original product in the same condition in which it was delivered, undamaged, and within the terms set out in these Conditions. Therefore, the customer must select the new size of the purchased product, provided it is the same product and the price is equal to or greater than the originally paid price (only in these cases will no new charges be incurred for the selected product). The option to exchange size will be visible as available only if all the above conditions are met. After choosing to return via courier organized by us free of charge, the customer must return the product in the packaging they received, following the instructions on the website. We will send the new size only after receiving the returned product, and in any case within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the request. The size exchange option will not entail any additional cost to the customer; please note that if, after 7 days from the size exchange request, the customer has not returned the original item, we will be authorized to charge for the new product, according to our purchase and use conditions.
  1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS If the customer believes that the product is not in conformity at the time of delivery, they must immediately contact our customer service at info@schwa-shoes.com, indicating the product details and the damage suffered. They will respond by indicating the procedure to follow. The customer must return the product to the address indicated in the electronic document received together with the shipping confirmation; we will examine the returned product and communicate by email, within a reasonable time, whether to proceed with a refund or replacement of the product, depending on the case. The refund and/or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible, in any case, within 15 days from the date of our email confirming that we will proceed with the refund or replacement of the non-compliant item. The amount paid for defective products, if they indeed exist, will be fully refunded using the customer’s payment method. All rights recognized by current Italian legislation remain valid.
  1. RIGHT TO MODIFY We reserve the right to review and modify these Conditions at any time; the Customer will be subject to the General Conditions in force at the time of the order.
  1. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION The use of our website and the purchase contracts of products through this website are governed by Italian law. For any disputes arising from or related to the use of the website or such contracts, the Court of Lucca will have jurisdiction.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the procedure to follow is as follows:

Write an email to info@schwa-shoes.com within 7 days of receiving the product, stating the reason for your return.

You will receive an email from our customer service with instructions to follow.

Ensure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags as per the instructions on this website. We will replace or refund only those items returned in accordance with the instructions on the website. The outcome of the return (acceptance with product replacement or refund in case of unavailability for replacement) will be communicated within the timeframe specified in the General Purchase Conditions. Refunds will be processed via PayPal.
